How It Works: 

You sign up for a monthly subscription plan, and I'll put together a themed box full of goodies and send it right to your door! The theme will change every month and real, physical mail will be sent to your mailbox every month. This is a recurring monthly subscription mail club which means you'll be charged for the first month when you join, and then automatically charged again on the same date each month thereafter unless you cancel your subscription.

Each delivery is packed with bookish‑inspired collectibles, a desktop creepy craft to put together (with supplies + instructions), ghostly details, and Halloween vibes you can enjoy all year long!

Every Month You'll Receive: 

  • A full color, custom sticker designed to match the month's theme

  • A thoughtfully created or curated themed desktop creepy craft kit to put together (with instructions AND supplies!)

  • A 4x6 collectible, double sided vintage inspired postcard created just for you

  • A 5x7 collectible literary quote art print created just for you

  • A collectible literary quote "author facts" library card 

  • A themed short story from author Jessica Verday

  • A personal note from author Jessica Verday explaining the thoughts behind the month's theme

  • Mystery goodies - this could include stickers, bookmarks, calendars, notepads, recipe cards, story prompts, etc.

  • FREE SHIPPING (and tracking) is included

Ordering Dates:

There is an exclusive two week window to place orders for the next month's box. Subscription plans will be only be open from the 1st of the month to the 15th of the month. Orders will then start to be filled on the 16th of the month and shipped out before the end of the month. Because this is a monthly mail club, you will receive your order sometime during the next month after you order.

 

Shipping Dates: 

Orders will be closed (or marked 'Sold Out') from the 16th to the 30th/31st of the month. Orders will be filled from the 16th of the month on and shipped out to you before the end of the month. You will start to receive them sometime during the next month after you order. You only need to place your order once - until you cancel your subscription, you will be charged the following month and repeat the fulfillment/shipping process every month after that.

EXAMPLE: 

ORDER PLACED - You place an order on August 3, 2026 

ORDER FILLED - Your order is filled between August 16-31, 2026

ORDER SHIPPED - Your order is shipped between August 16-31, 2026

ORDER RECEIVED - Your order is received between September 1-30, 2026

At this time, orders are only shipped within the U.S. (International customers please keep checking back - I'm working on being able to include you soon!)

Any orders that arrive damaged due to shipping carrier errors will need to have a claim filed with the shipping carrier. Please let me know within seven (7) days of delivery if your order arrived damaged, and I will try to assist you with filing a claim with the shipping carrier. Please send the order number, photos of the damaged item, and photos of the damaged packaging to hello@creepycraftsmailclub.com. 

 

Orders that are lost due to shipping carrier errors may be eligible for a replacement under the carrier's insurance policy after a three (3) week waiting period from the original shipping date. Please let me know after a three (3) week waiting period from the original shipping date if your order never arrived, and I will try to assist you and/or the shipping carrier in sending out a replacement. Contact me at hello@creepycraftsmailclub.com.

Please be sure to double check your address and/or the address you are ordering for. Creepy Crafts Mail Club is not responsible for lost packages due to an incorrect address at the time the order is placed. Shipping times are estimates and not guarantees, and any delays caused by shipping carriers are out of my control. Orders returned due to an incorrect address may be able to be reshipped at the buyer’s expense, please contact me for more information at hello@creepycraftsmailclub.com. 

Due to the handcrafted nature of this product, all purchases are final and non-refundable. If your order arrives with something missing and/or is incorrect, please let me know within seven (7) days of delivery and send the order number along with a list of what's missing and/or damaged to hello@creepycraftsmailclub.com. 

You can manage your account, update payment methods, cancel your subscription, and make other changes by clicking HERE. There is also a shortcut to your account at the top of the website titled 'My Subscriptions.' If you need further assistance, please email me at hello@creepycraftsmailclub.com. Please note: cancellations apply to future renewal subscriptions. If you cancel your renewal subscription after the 1st of the month, you will still receive the following month's box. Any further subscriptions after that will be cancelled.
